INGREDIENTS
2 ripe organic mashed bananas.
1 tbsp of raw honey.
⅓ cup of cooled melted coconut oil.
½ tsp of unrefined sea salt.
½ cup of coconut flour.
½ cup of chopped raw pecans or walnuts.
Mix together the eggs, honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil in a large bowl until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour, salt, baking soda until well combined.
Add to the eggs mixture and stir well.
Mix in the bananas until well blended and pour into 2 greased mini bread pans.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
