INGREDIENTS
1 pound of deveined and peeled shrimp.
1 tbsp of garlic infused olive oil.
1 olive oil cooking spray.
2 minced cloves of garlic.
1 tbsp of minced fresh rosemary.
½ tsp of red pepper flakes or to taste.
1 salt and pepper to taste.
1 small lemon cut in half.
First, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic briefly.
Mix in the shrimp and sprinkle rosemary and pepper flakes.
Cook stirring constantly for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it and spray it lightly with the olive oil spray tossing to coat.
Place the pasta in the serving dishes and top with shrimp.
If you want to, squeeze the lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
