INGREDIENTS
2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
2 tbsps of a really good Italian seasoning or parsley flakes.
⅓ cup of olive oil.
1 (8 oz) package of pepperoni.
1 cup of parmesan cheese.
½ tsp of fresh or powdered garlic (optional).
First cut the pizza dough or biscuits into quarters and the pepperoni into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and toss to combine.
Spread the mixture on each piece of the dough and arrange in a baking dish.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 minutes.
Flip the pizza bread in a serving plate and serve hot! Enjoy!
