This is an old weight watchers recipe that I adore. With minimal measuring and mixing, you can actually make your own minute mug cake mix that only needs water and a minute in the microwave to cook into a fluffy, single serving of cake!
My daughter is a huge fan of cupcakes– I am not. I mean, I post my fair share of them here, because really I do like cupcakes. But honestly, I think they’re a hassle to make. And then you have like 2 dozen leftovers. So we make this cake a lot in place of cupcakes whenever my daughter has a craving (which is often)!

Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix
1 box cake mix, any flavor
Directions
Mix two cake mixes together, and store in a large ziplock bag.
These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one minute!
